Curated retreat programs

City Micro-Retreat: A three to four hour offering that blends gentle movement, guided breathwork, restorative lying practices, and a brief reflective session. Designed to bring deep rest without leaving the city, this program is ideal for those who have limited time but want a sustained period of recovery. Participants receive a calm, structured sequence with options to sit, recline, or use props for support. Guided Silent Hour: A focused 60-minute guided rest where soft cues, low lighting, and gentle ambient sounds create a predictable container for internal quiet. This session is useful for people who want to practice being still with external support and for those easing into longer retreats. Weekend Rest Day: A small-group day designed for deeper rebalancing; includes longer guided practices, restorative breaks with nourishing tea, and guided reflection. These days are low-impact, inclusive, and paced slowly to allow nervous system regulation. Each program includes clear pre-session guidance, recommended clothing, and an intake to ensure safety and appropriate modifications.

Each booking includes a short intake to note health considerations and to confirm suitable modifications. Our studio maintains a step-free entry, sanitized props, and clear signage for quiet arrival. We recommend comfortable clothing, light hydration, and a desire to move slowly. We ask participants to silence devices and to respect a low-sound environment to preserve the shared calm. If you have recent surgery, are pregnant, or have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, please discuss with your provider before attending and share details during intake. Our facilitators will offer modifications and chair-based options as needed. After sessions we provide brief aftercare suggestions and simple handouts so you can continue practices safely at home.
