Service access and eligibility
Relax India provides wellness and educational services that include in-studio sessions, retreats, and workplace programs. You must be at least 18 years old to book independently. Minors may attend with a consenting adult or guardian and additional intake details will be required. By booking or attending a session you confirm that you are physically and medically able to participate or have sought appropriate medical advice. Certain practices may not be suitable for those with specific medical conditions; facilitators will provide modifications but cannot substitute for professional medical assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify participation where safety concerns arise.
Bookings, payments, and confirmations
Bookings may be made through our website, by email, or by phone. Confirmed bookings are subject to availability and are final once payment has been processed or a deposit received. Payment is accepted via secure third-party processors and any payment disputes must be raised with your payment provider and with us promptly. Prices, schedules, and session lengths are stated when booking; occasional adjustments may occur and we will notify you in advance where practical. Group or workplace bookings may require a written agreement outlining scope and fees. Gift vouchers and promotions are subject to terms specified at purchase and may have expiry dates.
Cancellations and refunds
We ask that you provide notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation terms are provided at booking; typically cancellations with sufficient notice will be refunded or credited per the booking terms. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee to cover operational costs and to respect the time of practitioners and other participants. In exceptional circumstances we will assess refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis. For event or retreat cancellations initiated by Relax India we will offer rescheduling or full refunds. Refund processing times depend on payment providers and financial institutions.
Health, conduct, and safety
Your safety and the safety of others is a priority. Inform us of any relevant medical conditions during intake. Facilitators will provide guidance and accessible options. Personal conduct that compromises safety or the restorative environment — including aggressive behaviour, abuse, or repeated disregard for studio rules — may result in removal from a session without refund. We maintain basic first aid on site and clear emergency procedures appropriate for the city. Relax India does not provide clinical therapy during group sessions; when clinical needs are identified we will recommend referral to licensed professionals.
Intellectual property and user content
Content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned or licensed by Relax India. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary material without written permission. If you submit user content such as reviews or questions, you grant Relax India a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in relation to our services. We moderate user content and reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relax India and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services or site. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We endeavour to provide accurate information and safe practices but do not guarantee specific outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy and data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy available at /privacy/. By using our services you consent to the collection and processing described there. We retain the right to process booking, contact, and limited health-related intake data as necessary to provide safe services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka. We may update these Terms periodically; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
